Good game, South’s didn’t start well and I thought it was going to be an easy win for the Roosters when they went 12-0 up after 10 mins but the Bunnies came back well to be 12-12 at half time, then the 2nd half it was one way traffic and the Bunnies destroyed them, all the 2 late tries by the roosters did was make it look at bit more respectable, South’s first grand final for 43 years though.

MOM, don’t know who the official winner was but for me Burgess, immense performance from him.

Crowd felt like it was about 75% South Sydney and atmosphere was good but still no were near a West Ham game.

Enjoyable game and South’s have to be favourites after that performance, Dogs or Panthers wont get past them IMO.

Worst part of the night was the cost of Beer, mid strength bats piss for nearly $8, fuck off, that’s more than double than at the local, not that I drink that mid strength shit

Congo - I would have gone for Sam Burgess...he was a beast, but Reynolds would also be acceptable as he pulled the strings nicely.

I don't know who they gave it to officially though.

Cheezey - the only soft tries were the two Roosters ones where we were ahead by 20 with 2 mins to go.

And maybe GI's first.

Brilliant performance. Who was man of the match? Coverage here ended before they got to it. I would say Adam Reynolds for his kicking game both for points and for position.

Saw Dogs v Cronulla in week 2 or 3 this season while on holiday, it was a walkover.

And Cronulla never win anything..

Have been there a couple of times. Feels a bit small time, but the location is ok.

I see Cronulla as like Millwall, apparently it's a more insular community than most with a bit of a siege mentality.

If football had a salary cap, things would be more even. Instead we have the FFP sham.

Re: NRL Semis Souths v Easts Dogs v Penrith
I'm struggling to think of Rugby League teams with similarities to Football teams. There isn't a 'Top 6' where the same clubs dominate year after year. Imagine a side like St George Illawarra having an outstanding group of youngsters, similar to Southampton last season..and letting the majority of them go??
I don't understand that...Don't Southampton want to try and win the thing one year??

Manly supporters are the ones with the banners that say 'No-one Likes us, we don't care'

Re: NRL Semis Souths v Easts Dogs v Penrith
If you go to a Bulldogs game, there always seems to be little gangs moving through the crowd looking for a fight, including with their own people. I remember one young guy with his arm in a sling and a frame of metal pins holding his hand together looking for trouble. I was going to whack his hand with my bottle of coke if he tried it on me.

Bulldogs like Millwall???

You can get fucked too.

I see Canterbury as like Leeds under Revie.

I see Manly as being like Spurs..
Canterbury have all kinds of shit following them these days. They are more like Millwall.

Of the teams left in it, I quite like Penrith as a club and don't like the other 3, so hopefully the Panthers win it.
